Fullstack Engineer

Type: Remote | Casual / Part-Time | Project-Based
Compensation: Hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Build responsive UIs using React and TypeScript, ensuring smooth user experiences.

• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain APIs with Node.js and GraphQL, integrated with AWS services.

• AWS Integration: Leverage AWS tools (DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, API Gateway) for secure, scalable applications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI Designers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Optimization & CI/CD: Maintain code quality via testing, optimization, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL.

• Proven experience integrating AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda, S3).

• Solid knowledge of web development patterns and agile workflows.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving in a remote setting.

Preferred:

• AWS certifications (Developer – Associate, Solutions Architect, etc.).

• Experience with serverless architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with modern development tools and automation workflows.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Type: Remote | Casual / Part-Time | Project-Based
Compensation: Hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop detailed test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Manual Testing: Execute functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.

• Automation: Create test suites with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for UI, component, and API coverage.

• Performance Testing: Run load/stress tests (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and analyze bottlenecks.

• CI/CD Integration: Embed tests in pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

• Defect Tracking: Log and prioritize bugs using Jira (or similar), with clear steps and analysis.

• Collaboration: Validate issues and fixes with developers, designers, and PMs.

• Quality Metrics: Define and track QA metrics like coverage, defect density, and trends.

Requirements:

• Senior-level QA experience in web application testing.

• Proficient with test automation frameworks and scripting in JS/TS, Python, or Java.

• Experience testing REST APIs and using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

• CI/CD knowledge and agile/scrum familiarity.

• Analytical mindset with proactive remote communication.

Preferred:

• AWS certifications (Developer, Solutions Architect).

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

• Performance testing skills (JMeter, Gatling).

• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, and basic security testing (OWASP Top 10).

Interview Process

1. Behavioral Interview: Assess technical experience, communication, and problem-solving.

2. Technical Case Study: A practical challenge to demonstrate development or testing skills, particularly with AWS.
